Old Hay Loft, Back of the House-Second Floor
New Hampshire Room at the Dowds' Country Inn


The New Hampshire Room was a residence hall at Dartmouth College and our lovely state, this room has sloping ceilings. An antique blanket chest compliments the maple furniture throughout the room.

The queen size bed has a plush quilt of deep burgundies and blues that contrast with the lighter blue walls and beautiful stenciled boarder.

We are on a trip through the USA & Canada and stop every night in different hotels and the Dowds’ Inn was the best we stayed in. Everything is so cute and the breakfast was very tasty. The staff is super friendly!
