All reservations must be confirmed with a credit card or an advance deposit equal to 50% of the reserved stay. MC, Visa, Discover, and Diners cards are accepted as well as a personal check or cash. Written confirmation will be sent to you within a week of making a reservation.

Please note the arrival and departure dates indicated on the confirmation notice.

Forfeiture of deposit

- $25.00 of your deposit is kept to cover the cost of processing-if you cancel 14 or more days before your reservation.

- 100% of your deposit will be forfeited if you arrive after the specified reserved date ; or if you depart before the final reserved date; or if you cancel within 14 days of your reservation.  This cancellation policy is not subject to group room blocks.

Late check-out or departure after 11:00am - Subject to an additional charge of 50% of the room rate.
